What is 24/7 Help? You can chat online with a librarian to ask your reference questions and explore resources. The librarian can show you specific web sites and pages, and can take you directly to databases and articles on your topic. If your question requires more than a simple factual answer, 24/7 Help could be the solution.
24/7 Help is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The service is provided by librarians at the Metropolitan Library System(Los Angeles, CA) and the Boston Public Library. If you identify yourself as an Emerson student, the librarians can direct you to Emerson databases and other resources. However, please keep in mind when using the service that you are not talking to an Emerson librarian, and they cannot answer certain college-specific questions.
