Lab Operations
Lab Operations manages six classroom labs, three open access labs, and computer kiosks across campus. Lab Operations also supports the Digital Production Labs and specialized suites within Television, Radio, and Film.
Both Mac and Windows operating systems are represented in our computing locations, and we make the latest software available for the Emerson community. Our labs provide many convenient inkjet and laser printing options, as well as scanners in every facility.
We also operate a Mobile Teaching Lab consisting of 24 laptops to make computing accessible to many different classroom environments.
Lab Operations works closely with the IT Help Desk to ensure best practices in all areas of computing.
