To help students learn the magazine design and production process, course materials are posted to the site accordingly. Learning resources in the form of .pdfs, Web links, bibliographies, and FAQs are organized around the critical elements of the design process such as Typography and Printing.

For their final project, students develop a sample magazine. Images of previous student work are integrated within the homepage design as inspirational models. Finally, in response to student challenges, a question and answer forum is designated for computer questions, and an online forum is created for other class questions.
