Alden Jones

B.A., Brown University; M.A., New York University; M.F.A., Bennington College

Alden Jones is a writer and scholar specializing in creative writing, literature in translation, and exoticism. Her fiction, essays, and translations have been published in The Smart Set, The Best American Travel Writing, Prairie Schooner, Puerto del Sol, The Iowa Review, Gulf Coast, and Agni. She is a member of the Sigma Delta Pi Honors Society for Scholarship in Hispanic Studies and a former Bread Loaf Scholar. Recently, she was a Visiting Lecturer on Semester at Sea, hosted by the University of Virginia.
