New Hire Orientation
The College requires that all new employees attend an orientation session conducted by the Office of Human Resources/Affirmative Action as close to the date of hire as possible. Orientation sessions provide new employees with information about the College, its personnel policies, procedures, benefits programs, and facilities as well as a tour of the College campus. Orientation is generally held in the Office of Human Resources and Affirmative Action. Orientation sessions are held at least once each month, beginning at 8:45a.m. HR/AA notifies each new employee and his/her supervisor of the date the employee is scheduled to attend an orientation session.
