New Residents' Guide

Now that you’ve been accepted, what’s next? Follow these steps to secure your spot in Emerson housing: 

1. Submit your enrollment deposit by May 1 (submit online). Please note that housing assignments are made by the date the College receives the enrollment deposit, so the earlier you turn in your deposit, the more likely you are to receive your first preference in housing.
   
   
2. Learn more about Emerson’s residence halls and learning communities to find a living environment that’s right for you.
   
   
3. Complete the On-Campus Housing Application, including the roommate questionnaire.
   
   
4. Housing and Residence Life will send you a packet in late July that includes your housing and roommate information, along with a newsletter welcoming you to residence life and important information about your move-in day.
