Leadership

Residence Directors

Residence Directors (RDs) are professional staff members who are responsible for the overall supervision of their hall. The RDs are trained in counseling, mediation and conflict resolution, student conduct, programming, and other related disciplines. The RDs act as advisors, respond to emergency situations, administer conduct cases, mediate conflicts, and supervise the Resident Assistants (RAs) and Welcome Desk staff.

Residence Directors maintain scheduled office hours within the residence hall and are available to talk about problems or concerns. The RD is also available if your RA is unable to assist you in a matter.
