The IT Help Desk is staffed by a number of talented student employees as well as full time staff. The Help Desk works closely with many other departments to ensure safe and functional technology for the Emerson community.  Ben DentonHelp Desk Coordinator Ben Denton grew up in central Texas and played football as a teenager in High School. He was educated in the military and has worked with computers, networking, and customer service for more than 10 years. Ben came to Emerson College in January of 2002 and is currently the Help Desk Coordinator. He is friendly and helpful to anyone who comes his way! |

 Michael JessenTechnology Support Technician Mike Jessen is not from the future, but no one could blame you for thinking so. He enjoys international travel, LEGOs, and shiny new technology. Computers are OK, too, he guesses. When they work. He spends his days making sure they DO work for the students, staff, and faculty at Emerson College. He currently lives in a maze of computers; a fort if you will. Oh, and he's from Denmark. |
