I went to register and discovered that all of the session seats are completely booked! Is there a waitlist if a seat(s) happens to open up?

You may contact emersonNEXT@emerson.edu to see if any space has opened up. However, in previous events, it has been extremely unlikely that spots had opened up.

I suddenly have a scheduling conflict and cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

We appreciate that things come up and schedules change. However, the $25 registration fee is non-refundable (unless trip is officially cancelled by the College). Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Something came up. I can’t attend after all. I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable, but I want to let emersonNEXT: New York Experience organizers know that I cannot participate so someone else can take my seat. How do I do that?
