Undergraduate Room and Board
Entry into on-campus housing requires a commitment of residency for one full academic year; room and board charges for the period of this contract are non-refundable, even if the student elects to move out of the residence hall.
If a student believes there are extenuating circumstances that warrant release from the housing contract and full payment, that student should appeal, in writing, to the Dean of Students Office.
Pro-rated room and board credit adjustments are made to students who file a written withdrawal or leave of absence from the college with the Registrar's Office prior to the end of the fifth week of a given term.
All students living on campus are required to participate in a campus meal plan. New on-campus students will be signed up automatically for the Block meal plan; students who wish to change their meal plan may do so during the first two weeks of classes.
Meal plans include board bucks, which allow you to spend up to the amount specified each semester in any campus dining facility or convenience store. Additional EcCash may be purchased at the Student Service Center located at 80 Boylston St, 1st floor or online!
