† On-campus, Washington Center Housing is mandatory for all Emerson College participants. The housing fee includes: identification and lease of space in Washington Center apartment facilities, furniture, utilities (excluding long-distance phone), kitchen equipment, high-speed internet access, resident assistant staff available at all times in the event of an emergency, organized activities (excluding admission fees, travel, expenses, etc), and housing and student life staff.
* Comprehensive health insurance required by Massachusetts state law. May be waived by those having alternate comparable coverage.
• Students are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Washington, D.C. Expenses for transportation, food and spending money are not included.
