| Laurel Westrup Part Time Faculty (2009) B.A., University of California, San Diego; M.A., University of California, Los Angeles Laurel Westrup's research explores the cultural and industrial connections between popular music, film, and television with an emphasis on live performance and memorial. Her work has been published in the journals Spectator, Film and History, and Mediascape. An avid traveler, she has presented papers at conferences around the world, including the Screen conference in Glasgow, Scotland and the Music and the Moving Image conference in New York City. |
