Group Flight Information
Emerson College will purchase round-trip tickets for any Castle student who signs up for the group flight. We do not purchase one-way tickets on these flights.
Once purchased, round-trip group flight tickets are completely non-refundable and may not be changed.
Flight numbers and schedules are always subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, please go directly to the Delta Airlines or Jet Blue websites. Alternative Travel Arrangements
You have the option of making your own travel arrangements to the Netherlands. Participants making their own flight arrangements should refer to the term calendar for mandatory arrival/departure dates. Students must arrive at Kasteel Well no later than noon on arrival day.
If you arrive at Schiphol Airport earlier or at the same time as or earlier than the group flight, you can transfer with the rest of the group to the castle. Group flight participants will be met at the airport and taken to the castle by pre-arranged buses.
Please check with the appropriate airline as to their baggage policies on international trans-Atlantic flights.
