Personal Deferred Payment Plan*
*Adult Degree Students wishing to participate in the deferred payment option must register in person.
The Department of Professional Studies and Special Programs offers a personal deferred payment plan that allows students accepted to the Adult Degree Program to pay a portion of their tuition at the time of registration and defer the balance to later payments. Personal deferments cost $25 to set up, but no interest is charged.
In the fall and spring semesters*, we require students using this type of plan to pay 25 percent of their tuition, a $35 registration fee, and a $25 deferment fee at registration. The remaining 75 percent of tuition is deferred to three equal payments roughly one month apart throughout the semester (cards will be charged unless payment is made in another form before monthly due dates).
All students wishing to set up a personal deferment payment plan must sign a promissory agreement form in person and provide a valid credit card number as security on the deferment. Please contact the staff of the Department of Professional Studies for more information.
*Please note: the Personal Deferred Payment Plan is not available for the summer terms, and is offered to qualified Adult Degree Students, only.
Students who register for courses should review the policies for dropping, adding and receiving refunds.
