The Emerson College Volleyball program strives to achieve excellence in our program both on and off the court and to set goals that will ensure our success.
Program Goals
We admit it, we're goal-oriented! Players and coaches have fun! The players continue to learn advanced skills and compete at higher levels of play. Winning isn't everything, but leaving the court knowing that you gave it your best is... That is what it comes down to every single game/match.
We value competitive athletic and academic experiences that build self-esteem, a sense of responsibility, effective communication skills and an appreciation for life-long learning.
Emerson College Volleyball focuses on leadership, individual and team achievements, an intense pride and loyalty, as well as commitment to “give back” to the community through volunteer work. This has in large part driven the success and reputation of the team. As said by George F. Williams, “Sport serves society by providing vivid examples of excellence.”
