Senior Class Challenge 2009

MAKE YOUR SENIOR GIFT TODAY!

“There are certain things that are fundamental to human fulfillment. The essence of these needs is captured in the phrase ‘to live, to love, to learn, to leave a legacy’.” –Stephen Covey

The Class of 2009 Has Spoken! This year's senior class will leave a gift to the Emerson College General Scholarship Fund to help enhance financial aid award packages for future Emersonians.

55% of seniors voted to support a gift toward an Emerson scholarship!

In addition to voting, many members of the Class of 2009 had great things to say about what they hoped the gift would be:

"I think a scholarship would be really nice because I, along with some of my friends, would not have made it through college without our scholarships, and financial aid makes a world of difference to students and families."

"I believe the most important thing is making sure that young people have the chance to receive an education that has been as rewarding as mine. That is why I believe a scholarship fund would be the best idea to donate as the Class of 2009's legacy. Especially in these troubling economic times, media walls and artwork are lovely ideas, but what will be most beneficial is a scholarship for a needy student."

"Enabling students who cannot otherwise afford it to attend should be our legacy."
