All degree recipients and those who have completed 64 credit hours (attended two years) are automatically enrolled in the association.

All alumni are welcome to visit the Emerson College Iwasaki Library and take advantage of the print, non-print, and electronic resources available on the third floor of the Walker Building, 120 Boylston Street.
Alumni have acess to on-site privileges including the use of print collections, media collections, databases, and reference assistance.
For library borrowing privileges, visit the Office of Institutional Advancement at 99 Summer Street, Boston, during normal business hours or call 617-824-8542 to complete an application and receive your library card.
If alumni wish to visit the archives, which includes yearbooks, issues of student publications, special collections, and some student organization records, among other materials, they must first make an appointment with the archivist. In this instance, alumni do not need to obtain Library Borrowing Privileges, but they must be registered as a visitor in advance. Professional Studies and Special Programs Discount
Alumni are eligible for a ten percent discount on tuition for credit-bearing courses offered through the Department of Professional Studies and Special Programs. Request a catalog or visit Professional Studies for further information.
Money Matters is a financial education program that will allow current students and alumni to learn about personal finance, using credit wisely, identity theft and other topics. There are different components to the Money Matters program, allowing students and alumni to pick and choose how they can utilize and benefit from the program offerings. The Encore Scholarship demonstrates Emerson’s commitment to helping our most recent graduates stay competitive in the job market. Qualified alumni of Emerson College who graduated within the last five years are eligible for a 25 percent tuition reduction for full time study in master's degree programs in Communication Management, Global Marketing Communication and Advertising, and Integrated Marketing Communication.
Reserve Space on Campus
The Max Mutchnick Campus Center offers several functional spaces to members of the Emerson College community to use for meetings, performances, functions, and rehearsals. Emerson alumni may reserve these spaces for personal use; any third-party requests must go through Business Services. To ensure your needs are met, take note of each room’s capacity and functions prior to requesting space
A priority booking period for each semester is reserved for current students, faculty, and staff, after which available dates may be reserved upon request. All reservations must be placed at least one week before your requested date, and will be met on a space-available basis.
