ProArts Consortium

Emerson College is one of the six members of ProArts Consortium in Boston. The other members are Berklee College of Music, the Boston Architectural Center, The Boston Conservatory, Massachusetts College of Art, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.

Subject to the availability of space in classes, all Emerson students who meet the prerequisites are eligible to enroll in courses offered by consortium members. In addition to cross-registration opportunities, ProArts students can participate in events, lectures, performances, and exhibit openings at the other colleges. The consortium was instrumental in founding the Boston Arts Academy, the city's first arts high school, and member colleges continue to support the school.
