Arrival in Los Angeles
All students are expected to arrive in Los Angeles for check-in on the arrival day posted on their term calendar. NO EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS ARE ALLOWED. When you arrive at the Oakwood Apartment Complex, you will enter through the main entrance (at the Coyote Canyon traffic light) and the security guard will direct you to the South Clubhouse. The LA Residence Director, Turi Daoust, will check you into your apartment.
Check-in meeting times at the South Clubhouse: 9:30 am / 11:30am / 2:30pm / 4:30pm
Please leave plenty of time for FREEWAY traffic and potential delays at the oakwood entry gate. on check-in days there can be a line of cars waiting to enter the oakwood apartment complex. Please arrange your flights and arrival times accordingly. If you arrive after a check-in session has already begun you must come back for the following check-in session. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

Close of Term/Apartment Checkout
Check your term calendar to view your semester departure date from LA. You must vacate your apartment at the Oakwood complex by noon on this day. No exceptions—late checkouts are not allowed.
