Fall, Spring & Summer Course Offerings

Courses are taught by Los Angeles Center faculty who, as well as being academically credentialed, are professionals working in the industry; including producers, directors, screenwriters, advertising and public relations executives, actors, entertainment marketing professionals, and more.

Course Load

Fall and Spring Student Requirements

  • Undergraduates must register for a full course load (16 credits)

  • Grad students must register for a minimum of 8 credits and a maximum of 12 credits

Summer Student Requirements

  • Undergraduate and graduate students must register for a minimum of 8 credits and a maximum of 12 credits

Course Requirements

  • Every Los Angeles student must register for one 4-credit or one 8-credit internship
  • 300/400 level courses are for juniors and seniors only
  • 500-level courses are for seniors and graduate students only
  • 600 level courses are for graduate students only
  • Course offerings are subject to change
  • Course availability is subject to enrollment and classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
