Mr. Gonsenhauser, a global healthcare marketing and business development executive, has served as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for divisions of leading B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer) firms across the healthcare ecosystem, including medical/dental devices, healthcare technologies, insurance and services. He also has expert witness and deposition experience in major healthcare litigation.
Gonsenhauser is currently Principal and Managing Partner at Demand Revenue. Previously, he was SVP, CMO at Biscom, a privately-held computer fax server and secure file transfer enterprise software Healthcare IT firm; VP, Marketing and Customer Operations at Straumann, the Swiss global dental implant device, biologics and digital dentistry leader; EVP, CMO for Independent Health, a $1.5 billion health plan; VP Marketing at GE Healthcare Financial Services; and VP and General Manager of Lifeline System's Senior Living Division (Acquired by Philips). His current activities include CRM growth consulting for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, teaching a graduate Marketing Communication course at Emerson College, and is also retained as an expert witness in a dental implant and regenerative lawsuit in NY federal court.
