Kathleen Rugh is an award-winning filmmaker and photographer whose work has been screened and exhibited throughout the US and internationally. Recent screenings include the Edinburgh International Film Festival, the Antimatter Film Festival in Victoria, ExiS Experimental Film Festival in Seoul, Korea, the Chicago Underground Film Festival, the Athens International Film Festival and the Milwaukee Underground Film Festival.
Rugh recently was awarded a grant through the New York State Council on the Arts' Electronic Media and Film Finishing Funds grant program and a residency at the Experimental Television Center in upstate New York.
