Lane Turner is a staff photographer and features picture editor at The Boston Globe.
Lane Turner has been a staff photographer at The Boston Globe since 1989. During his Globe career he has covered everything from Celtics playoff basketball to famine in Ethiopia and slavery in Sudan. He served as the sole staff photographer at the Globe Sunday Magazine for six years. Now a features picture editor at the Globe, he produces The Big Picture for Boston.com.
