Shane Martin has worked at the Massachusetts State House and consulted state and local politicians throughout New England. As a political consultant he has conducted numerous political polls/surveys, devised campaign strategy and prepared candidates for debate.
In addition, Shane has taught political and communications courses for the past 5 years at Fitchburg State College and Mount Wachusett Community College. These courses include Speech, Public Speaking, Political Communication and Rhetoric, Moot Court, U.S. Government, State and Local Government, U.S. Congress, Mass and the Federal System, and Leadership and Service Learning.

Faculty News
Dr. Linda Gallant has accepted an international research fellowship with Mobile Studies, which focuses on the global study of mobile media and communication across cultures and countries. Mobile Studies advances an interdisciplinary approach among mobile media and communication scholars. A goal is also to facilitate research and knowledge between academic researchers and “key players in the mobile industry.” Dr. Gallant will conduct research with the institute to be published in Mobile Yearbook 2014 and presented at its 2014 annual conference.
