Rules
-
It is very important to reserve if you wish to guarantee access.
-
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON. No phone calls, emails, or written notes are accepted.
-
All workstations can be reserved for up to four hours. If no one has reserved the workstation following your appointment, you may continue to work at that station until another valid reservation appears.
-
Teams are not allowed to book back-to-back reservations.
-
We will not schedule more than two weeks in advance for anyone except faculty.
-
If you have not checked in within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reassign the space. We will note those who persistently sign up and do not honor their reservation(s); if you do this three times per semester, we will DENY your reservation privileges.
-
WALK IN appointments are allowed. There have been many times in the past when stations are immediately available for work or require only a few minutes wait.
-
First-year students in general will not be assigned into Suites. First year is defined as your initial course using AVID.
