Dr. Prokosch is a human evolutionary biologist and psychologist specializing in mate preferences for cognitive traits.
Dr. Prokosch is an active scholar conducting research in the areas of psychobiology and evolutionary psychology. His work focuses on evolutionary theory as applied to humans with specific interest in the dynamics of human mate preferences for cogntive traits such as intelligence, language, and creativity. He teaches Introduction to Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Evolution of Human Nature. Dr. Prokosch also teaches courses at Northeastern University and Wellesley College.
