Marc Hamilton, Associate Vice President.
Marc has worked at Emerson for more than 25 years, including 15 years in the Property Management office.
Joan Fiore, Associate Property Manager
Joan has been in property management for 25 years and has worked at Emerson since 2006. Her responsibilities include the oversight of Piano Row, the Little Building, the Emerson space in the State Transportation Building, and the Emerson property located at 1-3 Boylston Place. She is a graduate of Suffolk University.
Norman Sosin, Associate Property Manager
Norman has been in real estate development and property management since the mid-1970s. He has worked with Emerson's Property Management Department since 2002.
Michelle Ziomek, Assistant Property Manager
Michelle is a graduate of Emerson (Classes of 2000 and 2002) and has worked in Property Management since 2008. She previously worked in Student Life at Emerson for three years, and spent five years in the medical and financial worlds. Her responsibilities include function and event oversight for the campus, working with One Stop to ensure smooth reservation processes for organizations and departments, and management of the two bike room parking spaces on campus.
