Request Form for Off-Campus Users
The Office of the Arts programming committee will review your request and respond to you within four weeks.
Note: Emerson generally does not license classrooms, rehearsal studios or the Bright Family Screening Room for external or alumni use. Costs are substantially higher than the Campus Rate Card. If your application is accepted, you will
- provide a completed and signed IRS W-9 form
- sign a detailed 17-page agreement
- make a deposit of 20% of the total projected costs
- provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with limits of $3,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence
- prepay all costs plus a security deposit prior to entering the venue
