Office of the Arts
Bright Family Screening Room Policies
Office of the Arts and VMA work together to make the Bright Family Screening Room (BFSR) available for a variety of campus-related events, though it is used primarily to screen films and videos. Users are billed for guest services staff required for emergency support, and professional staff needed for projection booth use.
BFSR Weekly Schedule
BFSR use is assigned based on the schedule below. On Wednesday two weeks in advance, all specific requests are confirmed. Any remaining times revert to scheduling directly through OA, within the general scheduling policy. Submit such requests to Bonnie_Baggesen@emerson.edu using the BFSR Request Form.
