Rates

These equipment and labor charges are presented as guidelines that apply to Emerson College faculty, staff, and affiliates. Non-Emerson College requests will be charged a rate 20 percent above current prices, pending availability of equipment and staff. Written estimates can be provided upon receipt of written request for services. General estimates are available by phone at 617-824-8676 or email.

No charges are incurred for individuals/divisions utilizing equipment or spaces for course-related activities. Individuals and groups requiring equipment or spaces for extracurricular and/or special events will be accommodated only after curricular needs have been met, and will be charged the rates indicated below. All users will be charged for production services and materials.

Equipment Rentals: All prices are per day. User assumes full responsibility for equipment pick-up, transport, and repair cost for lost/damaged items.

Overtime is in effect after 6:00 pm Monday–Thursday, after 5:00 pm Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
