Workshops
Each semester, Lab Operations offers a selection of computing workshops. Usually, these workshops are introductory sessions on popular software titles in our labs.
If you are interested in additional learning opportunities, subscriptions to Element K online software courses are available through the I.T. Help Desk. Likewise, the Media Services Center has a dedicated Lynda.com software tutorial workstation, as well as staff available for one-on-one assistance.
The TRF Digital Production Lab support staff also hold workshops on high-end production software and file management. To sign up for a DPL workshop, see the schedule posted outside DPL1 on the 8th floor of 180 Tremont Street.
Workshop Schedule
Workshops run 45-55 minutes, unless otherwise noted. All attendees will need their ECnet usernames and passwords to participate. Introductory workshops assume no prior experience with the subject matter.
