- Meeting Management Best Practices: Hold efficient and effective meetings by preparing for each meeting in advance, creating a solid agenda, establishing ground rules early, defining roles and responsibilities, and following up and holding people accountable after each meeting.
- Project Proposal Template: Write up project proposals quickly with this template, which contains potential factors and questions one should answer (such as cost/benefit analysis, cost categories, success criteria, etc).
- Project Proposal Sample: Using background landscaping as an example, this sample uses the template (above) to illustrate a successful project proposal.
- Stakeholder Management/Communication Tools: Contains templates for a power-interest grid, stakeholder analysis, responsibility matrix, and communication plan.
