Human Resources
Human Resources Advisory Council
The HR Advisory Council is a consultative body that provides input and feedback on issues related to Human Resources, such as satisfaction and engagement, compensation and benefits, policies, training and development initiatives. The Council does not develop policy or make decisions, but it provides feedback and input to reflect the diverse perspectives of the Emerson community.
Several seats on the council are of indefinite duration based on their operational roles within the College, while others rotate every two years. Membership is designed to reflect a broad cross-section of staff across the College.
We Value Your Input
If you have an HR-related comment for the Council to consider, please send us an email or contact a Council member directly. Thank you for your feedback.
