Performance Evaluation Workshops
These workshops are being offered to:
- Emphasize the importance of good performance management as a communication tool
- Review Emerson’s performance evaluation process
- Ensure staff and managers understand their roles and responsibilities in the performance evaluation process
- Provide instructions and tips for various parts of the process
Workshops will last between 60-90 minutes, depending on the number of questions.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for staff and managers of staff. The first part of the workshop will be for staff and supervisors. The second part will be for supervisors only.
Workshops will be offered on the following schedule.
Wednesday, May 29th / 10AM
Monday, June 3rd / 10PM
Thursday, May 30th / 1PM
Wednesday, June 5th / 12PM
Friday, May 31st / 12PM
Thursday, June 6th / 2PM
All sessions will be conducted in Training Room 229, located on the second floor of the State Transportation Building at 8 Park Plaza. Training Room 229 is adjacent to the Office of Human Resources.
