Early Retirees costs are calculated as follows and on a post-tax basis:
Health: The College contributes 75% of the premium; Early retirees contributes 25%.
Dental: Individual coverage: College contributes 100% of premium.
Family coverage: College contributes the individual premium rate; Early retirees contributes difference between family and individual rates.
