AFEC Member Costs are calculated as follows and are deducted on a pre-tax basis:
Health: The College contributes 50% of the premium; AFEC Member contributes 50%.
Dental: Individual coverage: College contributes 100% of premium. Family coverage: College contributes the individual premium rate; AFEC Member contributes difference between family and individual rate.
The rates listed are based on a 12-month premium payment cycle.
