Employee costs are calculated as follows and are deducted on a pre-tax basis:
Health: The College contributes 75% of the premium; employee contributes 25%.
Dental: Individual coverage: College contributes 100% of premium.
Family coverage: College contributes the individual premium rate; Employee contributes difference between family and individual rates.
