In addition to the Help Desk's regular written documentation, we're now also offering video documentation.
Setting up ECwireless access can seem daunting, but now you can watch how it works and follow along on your own computer and see how easy it is.
Are you unsure of which version of Windows or Mac OS X you're using? In Windows, take a quick look at your Start button in the lower left-hand corner; if it says the word Start, you're running XP. If it just has a flag, you're running Vista or Windows 7. In Mac OS X, click on the Apple logo in the top left-hand corner and choose About this Mac. Right below the text Mac OS X, it will list your exact version number.
