Diversity Strategic Plan
One of the greatest challenges facing Emerson and other colleges and universities today is creating and maintaining a campus community that reflects the rich diversity of our country. This challenge recognizes the importance of educating all students to live and work in a diverse society.
We believe that the benefits of diversity accrue to all students, an opinion that is supported by a report published by American Council on Education (ACE) and the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). The goals and strategies assigned to the Office of Diversity & Inclusion are listed in the College's Diversity Strategic Plan:
