Diversity Recruitment
The diversity recruiting initiative aids in Emerson’s search for qualified and talented people from underrepresented minority groups. This initiative utilizes our college network and a primary source for recommending talented individuals to the Diversity Talent Databank.
Underrepresented minorities and other relevant groups may include:

- American Indians/Alaskan natives
- Asian/Pacific Islanders
- Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals
