Office of Communications & Marketing
The Office of Communications and Marketing’s staff shares news and information about Emerson College with numerous constituents. We communicate regularly with current and prospective students; parents; faculty and staff; alumni; industry leaders and peers; Boston residents; local, state, and government officials; media; and the general public.
We seek to increase the community’s engagement with the College and with one another by encouraging participation in events, social media, and a variety of volunteer activities. The Media Relations team, which includes both professional staff and Emerson students, manages the College’s social media outlets; community news (Emerson College Today); media relations; and Expression, a magazine for alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends.
Creative Services manages Emerson's visual identity and maintains design standards in print. The office offers creative direction, visual design, copy editing, and print supervision for the development of informational and marketing solutions for Emerson programs, events, recruitment endeavors, fundraising efforts, and other contingencies.
Web Services assists the Emerson College community in developing and refining its web and online presence, bridging the gap between technical innovation and institutional standards. Web Services manages the College's website as well as several other websites, assists with web communication strategy, and offers technical and graphic design solutions.
