Summer Conference Program
Located in the heart of Boston, Emerson College's Summer Conference Program is the best option for groups wishing to combine an affordable and comfortable living experience with an assortment of educational opportunities. The Summer Conference Program is designed to accommodate each conference group's specific housing, dining, security, and meeting space requirements.
Summer Conference guests are housed in one of four residence halls and, to beat the summer heat, all residences are air-conditioned.
Emerson College is minutes away from Copley Square, the historic North End, and Faneuil Hall. Boston Common and the Public Garden are across the street, and Downtown Crossing is a stone's throw away. All of Boston's sights and sounds are accessible via the MBTA—the Boylston station is steps away.

Where You’ll Stay
You'll be staying in one of Emerson’s four residence halls. Most of our guests stay in double-occupancy rooms during their stay. A limited number of singles are available.
Double-occupancy rooms come with two standard-size twin bunk beds, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and closet space for two people. All rooms have overhead lighting and air-conditioning. You may bring a mini-refrigerator and/or microwave if you wish. Each building has laundry facilities and suites have their own common area and bathroom facilities. You can receive mail and packages while staying on campus.
If you should have any questions during your stay or require any assistance, our full-time staff, including a full-time Summer Conference Director, will be able to assist you at any time.
The Summer Conference Program offers a variety of dining options. Several combinations are available, and each can be fine-tuned to meet your group's specific needs.
Emerson's dining hall, located in the Little Building, has a 300-person capacity and can also be used for special events.
The Emerson campus is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a full-time Emerson College Police Department staff. Access to campus buildings is controlled through a front desk. All guests are given identification cards that are used to gain entrance.
Although Boston is a safe city, Emerson College reminds all guests to exercise caution when traveling alone or at night.
Meeting & Classroom Space
The Summer Conference Program provides classrooms, meeting rooms, and social gathering spaces. The Cabaret and the Beard Room, located in the Little Building, are great locations for meetings, parties, and social gatherings.
Emerson's classrooms are state-of-the-art, providing students the latest audio, video, and production equipment available. Classroom capacities range from 20 to 80 people.
