ECPD is open 24 hours a day. There you will file a Lost ID report and get a Temporary ID that will give you access to the campus.
  2. Lost ID replacement fee of $25.00 must be paid online.
  3. Please email onecard [at] emerson.edu (onecard[at]emerson[dot]edu) your receipt of payment before going to the ID office for a replacement.

Access/How Your ID Works

Your Emerson ID gets you access to where you need to go on campus and connects you to services around Emerson.  As an urban campus, Emerson prioritizes security, ensuring the campus community remains safe. Please make sure you bring your Emerson ID with you at all times to access physical spaces and campus services.

Your Emerson ID hosts your meal plan and your Board Bucks. Therefore, you use your ID as payment when eating in the Dining Center or grabbing a quick bite over at Paramount Café.

For your convenience, Emerson ECCash stores on your ID. ECCash works at vending machines, laundry, convenience store purchases, and some meals around campus.

Use your ID in the Library to check out books, reserve laptops and study rooms, and pay library fines with ECCash.

Print at computer lab printers or print kiosks. Each semester, staff, faculty, and students are allotted $10.00 of printing credit. If that credit is depleted, you may use ECCash to pay for printing.

Your ID grants you access to the indoor 25 Boylston Place bike room, so that you can park your bike on campus. Learn more about Emerson’s Bike Policy.

Beyond campus benefits, your ID gets you discounted, and sometimes free, access to museums, venues, and events across Boston. Check out where the Emerson ID Card can get you discounts.
