Little Building Dining Hall
The Little Building Dining Hall, which holds approximately 300 people, is the main dining location on campus and is an all-you-care-to-eat facility designed primarily to provide students the meals included in their selected Board Plan. Emerson strives to create a warm, friendly dining space for students and faculty with a diverse menu so that everyone has a slice of home. The serving area has five full-service stations:
- The Grill
- Homestyle Cooking, which includes everything from rotisserie to stir-fry
- Crowd Pleasers
- Vegetarian / Vegan
In addition, the serving area provides a full, self-service Salad/Soup Bar, along with Pizza, Dessert Bar, and Fresh Bread stations.

Emeson's Cafe will be closed from December 21, 2013 until January 2, 2014.
Emerson Cafe features a wide array of sandwiches and beverages. Peet’s Coffees and Teas is the newest addition to the block. The "Em Caf" also features freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches, bagels, breakfast pastries and panini sandwiches.

The Max will be closed until January 11, 2014.
The Max Cafe, located on the second floor of the Piano Row is a popular student gathering spot. The Max features freshly prepared hot breakfast every morning as well as a full grill (burgers, veggie burgers, chicken fingers), stir-fry, personal pizzas and a wide array of convenience store items.
The Max accepts Cash, EC Cash, Board Bucks, Visa and MasterCard.

The Paramount Cafe will be closed until January 14, 2014.
The Paramount Cafelocated in the lower level of the Paramount Center is the campus "hidden jewel". The Cafe features Starbucks coffee, a full deli, stir-fry and a wide selection of freshly prepared bakery items.

Meals To Go
Looking for a meal on the run?
Students are allowed to take their Dining Hall meals to go. Just ask at the front counter. We offer reusable to-go containers to help reduce our carbon footprint on the environment.
The containers are available for sale in the Little Building C-Store for $5.00, and can only be used in the Dining Hall.
Students can return their used reusable to-go containers to the Dining Hall in exchange for a new, clean container or a rain check to receive a container at a later time.
Please ask a manager in the Dining Hall for more details.
