Budget & Planning

Budget and Planning oversees Emerson College’s annual operating and capital budgets and long-term financial plans. The annual operating and capital budgets are prepared through the management of systems, policies, and procedures, using the tools necessary to capture and prioritize initiatives. The office supports the President’s Council, department managers, faculty, and students during the annual budget process and administration of new programs.

Specific responsibilities of Budget and Planning include:
