The Administration & Finance Office manages the financial, physical and human resources of Emerson College to meet the College’s strategic goals, while improving the financial strength of the College. The Office acts as liaison to the Board of Trustees – Finance Committee, Investment Committee, Facilities Committee and Audit Committee.

Budget & Planning
The Budget Office provides assistance and support to College leadership in the development of operating and capital budgets that link resources with the College’s strategic objectives. The Budget Office is dedicated to partnering with the College community by providing the tools, training and knowledge required for sound financial management.

Business Services includes Emerson's dining and catering services, Barnes & Noble bookstore, print/copy services, laundry services, mail services, and summer conference program and services.

Facilities Management
Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Emerson’s buildings and grounds. It also provides the Emerson community with preventive and corrective services.
Finance
The overriding responsibility of the Finance Office is to safeguard the assets of Emerson College and to provide an awareness as to how resources are being used to advance educational goals.

Government & Community Relations
The Office of Government and Community Relations acts as a liaison between Emerson College and the Boston community. Working closely with neighborhood groups, city agencies, and other institutions, the Office is committed to improving the safety and quality of life for all residents and visitors who frequent the Midtown Cultural District, where Emerson is located.
The Office also coordinates the College's relationships with city, state and federal agencies; serving as a resource for student organizations, including academic and administrative departments that interact with local communities and the Boston Public Schools.

Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources provides leadership, guidance and support to the College with management of its employees. This is accomplished through promoting and maintaining a positive work environment that recognizes and values the diversity of people and thought.

Property Management
The Office of Property Management supports the educational and institutional activities of Emerson College and serves the College community through its oversight of the operation and condition of College properties.
Property Management manages the reservation of various spaces on Emerson's campus, two bike parking facilities at Boylston Place and the Ansin Building, and works with Public Safety to ensure the safety of the campus community.
